Biography
Dan Williamson advises and supports a diverse range of federal government contractors on operational and regulatory matters, and on complex commercial transactions.
He identifies and resolves contract disputes, and litigates claims and bid protests before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals, the Government Accountability Office and other federal agencies.
On the transactional side, he handles business formation and organizational structure, corporate bylaws and LLC operating agreements, teaming agreements, joint ventures and mentor-protégé agreements. He also counsels clients on facility security clearances, export control requirements, and restrictions on certain telecommunications and video surveillance services.
